PDF maps are digital goods delivered instantly by download link. We still offer a no-questions refund window — read on for the details.
14-day refund
If you're not happy with a map you bought from mapsget.com, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the order in full. No need to explain why. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Include:
- The order number from your purchase email.
- The city and map variant you bought (free streets / streets + house numbers / pro).
That's it. You can keep the PDF.
What's not refundable
- Requests sent more than 14 days after purchase.
- Custom city renders we agreed to produce on request after you've approved the preview.
Map data accuracy
Our maps are built from OpenStreetMap data. Coverage is excellent in Europe, North America and most of the CIS region, and is sparser in parts of South-East Asia, the Middle East and South Asia — especially for house numbers. Each city page shows a free preview before you buy so you can check the level of detail in your area. If the preview looks fine but the paid PDF turns out to be missing data you expected, that absolutely qualifies for a refund — just email us.
