What to include

• Order question or refund — include the order number from your purchase email.
• City request — tell us the city name and country; if there's a specific area you want centred, share a Google Maps link.
• Custom rendering — describe the use case (poster size, what should be highlighted, whether you need extra labels) and we'll quote.

Other channels
