Privacy policy
The short version: we don't run analytics or ad trackers, we don't have user accounts, and the only personal data we ever see is the email you use at checkout.
What we collect
When you browse
Standard web-server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Kept for a short period for security and debugging, then rotated away. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
When you buy
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — they process your payment details, we never see your card number. We receive your email address and the order details (city, map variant) so we can send your download link and honour refunds.
When you email us
We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you. Nothing is added to marketing lists.
What we don't do
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel).
- No selling or sharing of personal data with anyone.
- No newsletters unless you explicitly ask to be notified.
- No user accounts, so no passwords to leak.
Cookies
See the cookie policy — the site works without any tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you (in practice: your purchase emails), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. Deleting purchase records may make future refunds or link re-sends impossible for those orders.
Data location
The site runs on servers in the EU. Payment data lives with Lemon Squeezy under their own policy.
